MALT is an association of people interested in tasting and learning about whisky, primarily (but not limited to) single malt whiskies from Scotland. The whiskies are chosen from the LCBO stock and the focus is on whiskies not normally on the shelves in Kingston. MALT members share their expertise and experiences about whiskies over dinner at the Kingston Brewing Company 6 times a year. MALT members are then able to order any whisky through their local LCBO, having had the benefit of “tasting before buying”.
